Q: Are your stickers waterproof?

Stickers titled "vinyl sticker" are professionally printed in the US and they are waterproof, weather-resistant and UV protected. All stickers mentioning they are handmade by me are only water-resistant.

Q: What is a B-grade pin?

B-grade pins are enamel pins that have minor defects. The defects can be a small dent/scratch, dust stuck underneath the enamel, incorrect color of small area, scratch on the metal outline or enamel not fully filled. 

Q: An item I want is sold out. Will you get more?

As long as the items isn't part of the retired collection, they will slowly be restocked.

Q: I purchased a product from you. When will it get to me?

All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS First Class which will take 3-5 business days or Priority Mail for heavier orders which will take 2-3 business days. For international orders, shipment will vary due to custom clearance but generally will take about 11 - 25 business days. 

Q: Can you mark my package as gift?

No, the package will not be marked as gift and all items will be listed in customs field with proper prices.

Q: How do you ship the packages?

All orders are processed through USPS for both domestic and international orders, through First Class or Priority Mail using boxes, padded envelope or flat envelop depending on items being shipped.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?

The packaging is not fully eco-friendly yet, but I do my best where I can and have been slowly transitioning to be more eco-friendly. Some of the packaging items I use include acid-free tissue paper, paper boards, unbleached seed envelopes, paper based sticker, zero-waste liner shipping labels, recyclable boxes and rigid mailers, plant based cellophane clear bags, biodegradable padded envelopes, and thin-film recyclable polymailers.

Q: What if I haven't received my order yet after the expected delivery date?

If your order received tracking number, please check to see if there is a delay notice first. If you order is showing that it has been delivered but you do not see it, please check with your neighbors to see if it was misplaced. Another common occurrence is that the post worker has marked your package delivered a day early so please give them another day or two. For international order, please understand the package can be stuck in customs for a while.   

Q: Do you collect VAT?

Nyanzilla is not VAT registered and VAT will NOT be collected at checkout. You will need to pay VAT when you receive your package, including any additional fees. If you prefer to pay for VAT ahead of time, please go to my Etsy shop.

Q: Can I share your art?

Absolutely! But please do not crop my signature and I'd appreciate it if you tag/mention me. By mentioning or tagging, you will help individual artists and small business like myself get discovered!

Q: Do you take commissions?
