I strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please read the
following policy on returns, cancellation and refund.
Returns:
If you would like to return your order for any reason that does not include non-returnable items, please contact me within 7 days after you have received your order. If your item(s) are refundable, you will need to ship back the items you are returning within 14 days after confirmation. If the items are not returned in their original unused state, buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Please keep in mind buyer is responsible for shipping cost and a form of tracking is required.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact me immediately with photo of the damaged item(s). I will either ship you a replacement or offer a refund for the item(s).

If I have made an error on your order such as missing item or incorrect quantity, please contact me immediately after receiving your order. I will offer to ship the missing item or a refund for the missing item(s).

For any non-returnable/non-refundable items, no refund is offered.

Refund:
Non-Refundable Items:
Non-returnable/non-refundable items include all Made to Order Skirts and Blankets unless there was a printing error or wrong design was sent, any drinkware items, clearance items and any digital commissions. ​

Any item that shows sign of usage and are not in the original state I have shipped them.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of an order is only possible before you order is marked "shipped" since once it is out of my hands there is nothing I can do.​

Cancellation on made to order item is not accepted since once I place an order through the printing company, I can not cancel it.
​
